COMPOSITION OF CORE EXECUTIVE AND THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

1. THE CORE EXECUTIVE;
The core executive members shall consist of the following

(i) The President

(ii) Vice President

(iii) Secretary

(iv) Financial Secretary

(v) Treasurer

(vi) Welfare Officer

(vii) Organizer

(viii) Women's commissioner

(ix) A representative of Graduate Students Association of Mathematics

(x) PRO (by appointment)


2. EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
The executive council shall consist of:

(i) The Core Executive Members

(ii) Judicial board committee

(iii) Immediate Ex-president (Automatic member)

(iv) Two others members of Level 400 (Preferably CJ and EC)

(v) Audit board

(vi) Sports and Games committee

(vii) Entertainment committee

(viii) Chaplaincy board

(ix) Financial committee

(x) Editorial board

(xi) Welfare committee

(xii) Class Reps
