MEETINGS

(i) The association shall hold two general meeting each semester but the president shall have power to call for emergency meeting should the need arise


(ii) All decision taken at meeting shall bind all members


(iii) There shall be at least, two general meetings in a semester at the beginning and the ending of each semester


(iv) The Executive Council of the Association shall call for extraordinary or emergency meeting as and when necessary.


(v) One third (1/3) of the association members shall constitute a quorum for both general and emergency meetings. For Executive Committee / Council meetings the quorum shall be twothird (2/3) of the members


At general and extraordinary meetings, decisions shall be carried by simple majority votes of members present
