ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION

1. a. An act, omission or commission of any person or group of persons of AMES; or

b. A constitution, decision or resolution of club, union or association is in contravention with a provision of this AMES constitution must first apply to the judicial board of AMES for declaration to that effect



2. The judicial board shall for the purpose(s) of such under clause (1) supra make such orders and give such direction, as may it consider appropriate


3. Failure to obey or carry out the terms of an order direction may or given under clause (2) supra constitute a violation of this constitution and contempt of the judicial board and shall in the case of the executive officer(s) constitute grounds for removal from office.
